#2 Fix for 628540

Allow GenerationX to launch & open correctly when a .ged
document is double clicked in the Finder. This also makes dragging
a .ged file onto the app work as expected. The only thing missing
from the fix is a new document icon to associate with .ged
documents, so that the user will be able to figure out which app
will open .ged documents.

The patch should be applied to an unmodified 2.4.1 source base.
