#62 Export birth dates in HTML

It would be nice to have the birth/death dates for individuals
in the index pages, to help distinguish between those
individuals having the same names.
Since the index appears to be sorted on record id, where
several individuals have the same name it's not obvious which
one to look at. For example, in my database I have six people
called John Pritt; the index is sorted thus:
John Pritt (me), born 1953
John Pritt, born 1868
John Pritt, born 1812
John Pritt, born 1879
John Pritt, born 1839
John Pritt, born 1878.
