#34 dragging persons

Hi,

It would be nice to be able to drag persons names to
add them as father and mother of a person we are adding
or editing. For that matter, a (smaller) improvement
would be to have separate windows for individuals, the
middle panel (which can be individual, family,
pedigree, descendants) and events.

I would also love to be able to write the name of a
parents that does not exist yet in the individuals
list, and be offered the option of creating a new
record for that name.
