#61 Death of parent before birth of child

GenerationX doesn't allow a parent to have a date of death before
the birthday of a child. But this IS possible, at least in case of the
father who might pass away during the mother's pregnancy.
This check prevents me from entering my anchestors, that's why I
suggest to remove it or at least only give an alert instead of
preventing the entry.
