#23 Validation for dates in new person dialo

v2.2b1:

When creating a new person and knowing only part of the date of
birth (i.e. day and month but not the year) but knowing the full date
of death (day, month and year), GenX will compare the dates to
check that DoD is after DoB but fail and complain. This can only
be navigated around by omitting the DoB entirely (or adding it as a
note).

In addition, the error message has a typo in the word "entered".
