#26 f'' strings break pre-3.6 Python releases

Formatted string literals are used in four lines of code in generateDS.py They were introduced in Python 3.6, so this breaks the code when compiled with older versions. The fix seems fairly simple.

Thanks for the report on this. I did not realize that it was not supported by earlier Python 3 versions.

I've made your patches and also a couple more that I found by doing a search.

I've attached a diff of my changes. Let me know if you spot something wrong with them.

I will create a new version containing these changes soon.
