In version 1.0, the Swissprot parser has the ff.
limitations:
1) It cannot parse CC (Comment) entries.
2) Some data (e.g. ENTRY NAME) in the ID section
are not always parsed correctly.
STATUS:
All of the above have been fixed in the unreleased
BioPHP 1.1.
