I just noticed a few E. coli transcription factors that inherited the chromatin GO term GO:0000785 from the PTN001593502 annotation. I don't feel particularly comfortable with "chromatin" in E. coli. Can someone look into this?
Thanks for the feedback. I removed the annotations referring to chromatin (CC and BP). Are you saying that there is no chromatin in bacteria ? Or that it's organized too differently from eukaryotic chromatin ?
Thanks, Pascale
