#65 PTHR000006656 and 6657

I just discovered three "nucleus" CC annotations and one annotation to apoptotic DNA fragmentation for E. coli proteins (P0AFQ7, P27859, P39408) that appear to have come from PAINT, PTHR000006656 and 6657. Could you please fix those?

Thanks for pointing that out. I changed the annotations. You should now see
Process GO:0006308 DNA catabolic process
Component GO:0043229 intracellular organelle (only for eukaryotes)
Function GO:0004536 deoxyribonuclease activity
