May I please have the new child terms

(which BTW needs its synonym updated from INF to IFN :-))
regulation of interferon-gamma biosynthesis
inhibition of interferon-gamma biosynthesis
activation of interferon-gamma biosynthesis

Regulation, activation and inhibition is probably needed
for all cytokine biosynthesis terms when added.
