Hi,
I would like a new MF term. Details below:
Term name: tRNA-5-taurinomethyluridine 2-sulfurtransferase
Definition: Catalysis of 5-taurinomethyluridine in tRNA + a [protein]-S-sulfanylcysteine + ATP + an reduced unknown electron acceptor = a 5-taurinomethyl-2-thiouridine in tRNA + a [protein]-L-cysteine + AMP + an oxidized unknown electron acceptor + diphosphate + H+
PMID: 15509579
MetaCyc has created a reaction for this activity in case you want to check it out.

They have also submitted a ticket for a EC # for this reaction.
Thanks,
Rama

Jumping in late to make a fussy point: perhaps delete "unknown" from the description of the electron acceptor in the definition so that it will also apply to cases where an electron acceptor has been identified.
