Now that GO:0004842 has become ubiquitin-protein transferase activity (formerly ubiquitin-protein ligase activity)

Would it be appropriate to move

GO:0090302 mitotic anaphase-promoting complex activity

under GO:0061630 ubiquitin protein ligase activity

as it has E3 ligase activity?

Sounds good. There are probably other ubiquitin ligase complexes which ned to go under here. But aren't don't most of these complexes both E2 and E3 activity...

There are a lot of Ub ligase complexes but I think that the anaphase-promoting complex is the only one that has been given MF term for the ligase activity. APC doesn't have an E2 subunit, so should be ok.
