There are 3 instances of GO terms having Dbxrefs like "ZFIN:#######". In each case, these are intended to point to zebrafish anatomy terms that are related to the GO term. Since these are zebrafish anatomy term references, they should use ZFA as their prefix..like ZFA:#######.

The three instances of this that I found were:
GO:0035912 'dorsal aorta morphogenesis'
GO:0044458 'motile cilium assembly'
GO:0035913 'ventral aorta morphogenesis'

These ZFIN dbxrefs should be edited to be ZFA instead of ZFIN.

Thanks!
Doug

Note that there are also some Dbxrefs like "ZFIN:dsf" which is one of the ZFIN curators, and there is also "GOC:dgh" which is Doug Howe. So, not all instances of "ZFIN" in the Dbxref field should be ZFA, and further there is inconsistency in how people are being identified in Dbxrefs.

I changed the aorta ones to ZFA:
It seemed that the cilium assembly one was correct as it was pointing to a curator.
I am not sure what you mean about inconsistency in representing people. Please let me know if you spot anything else.
