The term names for GO:0046725 and its positive sibling could be less ambiguous to clarify that host genes acting on viral protein levels are not covered. But the main reason for this OTR is to ask about how a virus modulating itself is a modulation of host morphology or physiology.

Hi Jim

I've fixed the names GO:0046725 and GO:0046719 to make it clear that it's the virus doing the modulation. Also moved regulation by virus of viral protein levels in host cell (GO:0046719) (as OBO_REL:is_a), to regulation of viral process (GO:0050792) from modulation by virus of host morphology or physiology (GO:0019048).
