I think 7-cyano-7-deazaguanine tRNA-ribosyltransferase activity, GO:0043867, is this and thus I can just add Archaeosine synthase activity as an activity.

Ok, I now see that no, they are not the same. The one you are requesting is a step after (ie, once the 7-cyano, etc is IN the tRNA, THEN, the glutamine is used by archaeosine synthase (AS to make archaseosine in the tRNA.
So actually, this one should not get the start, but GO:0043867
so 1. nt request, but 2. add start with GO:0043867 to GO:0002927
