No
  1. NT: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archaeosine_synthase

  2. Add a starts_with from

id: GO:0002927
name: archaeosine-tRNA biosynthetic process

There is a case for adding this to the N+S conditions, to justify the SubClassOf tRNA modification GCI

  1. Annotate arcS to this step http://amigo2.berkeleybop.org/cgi-bin/amigo2/amigo/gene_product/UniProtKB:Q58428

    Just noticed this.
    I think 7-cyano-7-deazaguanine tRNA-ribosyltransferase activity, GO:0043867, is this and thus I can just add Archaeosine synthase activity as an activity.

    Ok, I now see that no, they are not the same. The one you are requesting is a step after (ie, once the 7-cyano, etc is IN the tRNA, THEN, the glutamine is used by archaeosine synthase (AS to make archaseosine in the tRNA.
    So actually, this one should not get the start, but GO:0043867
    so 1. nt request, but 2. add start with GO:0043867 to GO:0002927

    Added NT archaeosine synthase activity GO:0002948

    Added x-product of GO:0043967 to GO:0002927

    Thanks harold.

    So it is also valid to add a has_part to your new archaeosine synthase activity class?

    (I think this should go in as a relationship, not part of the equivalence axiom)

    done;
