Initial Comment:

I'm annotating a protein which has a SAP domain
O74367/SPBC30B4.08 (you won't see this domain in the
current Uniprot entry as I missed an exon which
contained most of this domain, it will be resubmitted
today).

Anyway, this is cytoplasmic and doesn't bind DNA (it
has been shown to bind to dsRNA) so should move up to
nucleic acid binding.
