Hi John,

I'm just proofreading my help guide sections.

I've checked Undo/Redo, Text Editing and The Configuration Plugin. I 
still have
Customizing the layout to do.

My comments are below.

In the section 'Text Editing':

1) There is a link to the 'Namespace Manager Plugin' and that page seems 
to be empty.

2) For 'related synonym' it might be good to say that related synonyms 
are sometimes phrases that people may use to search for the given GO 
term. These phrases may have a slightly different meaning from the GO 
term so cannot be said to be either exact, narrower or broader synonyms. 
An example may be a well known gene product name that is often used to 
search for the function or process that it is commonly associated with.

3) Would be useful to include an example of a synonym with a 'built-in 
scope'.

4) The link to 'the Synonym Category Manager Plugin.' goes to an empty 
page.

5) the link: 'Category Manager Plugin' goes to an empty page.

That's all for that section. I really like the customizing the interface 
info at the bottom of the page.

In the section:

'The configuration plugin'

1) Please could you add a specific note about setting the is_a 
relationship as 'OBO_REL:is_a' rather than just 'is_a'? That confuses a 
lot of people as  they can't work out how to get rid of the black is_a 
icons.

2) It would be useful to have recipropcal links in the docs between 
'Allow new cycles to be created' in this section and the part in the 
text editing section where you say whether a relationship is cyclical or 
not.

The rest is great.

I will check customizing the layout next and get back to you on that soon.
