I haven't done much ontology editing recently, but I absolutely agree with David on this - in fact I typically edit the ontology in emacs and just quickly pass it through OE as a tidy/check. But this workflow is not really ideal, so +1 to David's suggestion that this be a high priority bug. Will download the latest version and have a go to help look for other similar issues.
