It currently has IEA GO annotations for all three GO aspects derived from this InterPro domain. However, the ribosomal L7 proteins in cerevisiae are encoded by RPL7A and RPL7B. >From publications, the only sequence information I see for TOS4 is that it contains a forkhead associated domain. The existing expression and interaction data for TOS4 are not consistent with the suggestion that it is part of the ribosome.
