Metabolism of a substance should always have the children
biosynthesis and catabolism. More specific instances of metabolism
also need biosynthesis and catabolism as children, and the general
catabolism and biosynthesis need these specific instances as
children. In a DAG form, this would look like the diagram below (I've
put hyphens in instead of spaces since Sourceforge isn't too hot on
spaces):

food metabolism
[i]food biosynthesis
-[i]cookie biosynthesis
-[i]hamburger biosynthesis
[i]food catabolism
-[i]cookie catabolism
-[i]hamburger catabolism
[i]hamburger metabolism
-[i]hamburger biosynthesis
-[i]hamburger catabolism
[i]cookie metabolism
-[i]cookie biosynthesis
-[i]cookie catabolism

I propose to write a script that will pick up any places where the
three terms are not all found together. There are some instances in
the DAG where biosynthesis and catabolism aren't direct children of
metabolism so the script will have to account for this.

Am dealing with this using a script and by hand so it doesn't need to be in
    the integrity checks.
