Improve sensu documentation so that it includes the
following:

1. That children of sensu terms need not contain the
sensu qualifier if they *only* occur in the taxon in
question e.g. 'cell wall (sensu Fungi) ; GO:0009277'
has the is_a child 'hyphal cell wall ; GO:0030446',
which is allowed because hyphae are only ever found in
fungi.

2. The use of 'sensu xxx' terms is not restricted only
to the particular taxon xxx - they can be used for
other taxa where xxx is used in the same sense.

We've also to check that there's a link to this from the annotation guide,
and that the use of sensu terms for annotation is clearly explained. i.e.
terms can be used for species outside the sensu taxon if the annotated
species happens to behave in the same was as the sensu taxon.

We've also to write to the list to check if people are happy for us to put
the sensu string at the end of all terms names that are childern of sensu
    terms.

Also see about getting sensu terms for wrong taxa removed from IEA
annotations. So if human annotation set is generated electronically and
the annotations set contains e.g. sensu fungi terms then these could be
    automatically removed.
