#350 Hide disjoint relationships in Graph Editor by default

OBO-Edit 2.x

With the default settings, disjoint relationships are shown in the Graph Editor. If users add disjointness axioms (which can be useful), the Graph Editor display quickly becomes an unreadable hairball. Therefore, it would be better to hide disjoint relationships by default. (Find links where [Type] [don't have] a [Name] that [equals] the value [disjoint_from])

There is no simple way to add default filters to components (yet still allow the user to turn them off if they desire). It would be possible to add a Global Link Filter to hide disjoint relationships, but it turns out this slows OBO-Edit down unacceptably. The best solution is for users to add the anti-disjoint link filter to the Graph Editor themselves. Instructions for doing this have been added to the user guide.
(By the way, note that it's safer to make the filter find links where Type don't have an ID that equals disjoint_from, rather than searching by name.)
