this is mapping GO:0004252 serine-type endopeptidase activity to SERINE1. SERINE1 is an inhibitor of this activity, and does have the correct KW-0722 GO:0004867 serine-type endopeptidase inhibitor activity

KW-0617 needs to be removed from SERINE1 P05121, and maybe worth checking that there are no other records with KW-0617 and KW-0722

    The KW mapping appears to be removed, if this is the correct entry:

    but now has an InterPro mapping so switching over to milestone InterPro
    (Ruth could you take a quick look and check this is incorrect?)

    I think Ruth was querying P05121, which now does not have the annotation from KW-0617. However, looking for proteins that have both KW-0617 and KW-O722, there are 3 of them; http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/?query=keyword%3A722+AND+keyword%3A617&sort=score

    Have sent this onto UniProt.
