A nbumber of Uniprot entries which are heme binding are also mapped to iron ion binding.

In most cases this seems incorrect (becasue heme binding is not a child of iron ion binding)

    update: I've talked with John, and added the relationship heme binding is_a iron ion binding (decided that tetrapyrrole binding is a specific enough parent to leave as is).

    It seems that the is_a relation to iron ion binding was deleted in 2012. However, none of the proteins listed above have both keywords now, they all have "metal ion binding".
