#1197 InterPro:IPR012613 - acid soluble spore protein includes C. elegans protein

Hi,
In an error-checking script for our gene association file, we discovered that InterPro:IPR012613, small acid-soluble spore protein, SspO, is associated with the C. elegans BLI-1 (UniProtKB:Q09457) cuticle collagen.

This results in BLI-1 being associated incorrectly with sporulation-related GO BP and MF terms.

Can you please review this family and associated mappings?

Also note that two other proteins from C. briggsae and C. remanei are also associated with this family.

Thank you for this. I have removed one of the signatures that hits these eukaryotic proteins. Therefore, the GO terms won't be applied to them anymore. This result will be shown in InterPro48.0.
