We would like to request a feature on AmiGO SF tracker for the script to pull in all synonyms based on the NCBI taxon ID and display common names as well. Annotation files use NCBI taxon id.

Also: the Filter request on 'Advanced Search' page (http://www.plantontology.org/amigo/go.cgi?advanced_query=yes&session_id=2646b1287514540) does not reflect the species in our annotation files.

If I'm understanding correctly, for the first request, it might be better directed at the software group rather than AmiGO. Perhaps the best way to contact them would be through GO help.

For the second, again if I'm understanding, that would seem to be a problem with PO rather than AmiGO/GO. If it is a problem with AmiGO/GO, it would be helpful to have an example problem from the main AmiGO website (and in that case we would bump it over to the bug tracker).

    Best wishes, -Seth
