further support for combat rounds including: multiple attacks per round and
speed factor implementation (melee primarily)
added hardcoded increases in APR for warriors in CreateDerivedStatsBG2 -- this
is only temporary for testing and should be stored in perhaps a 2da
passing GameTime instead of Ticks to InitRound and PerformAttack as Ticks was
only passing in increments of 66
