When you cancel the memorize spell dialog, and go back to selecting spells, its impossible to continue. The console gives an 'RuntimeError: Spell not found!'.
this is pretty hard to reproduce — I got normal behaviour most of the time and when not, it broke on memorisation, not cancellation. Can you find a simple recipe to get to the bug?
