#263 gemrb changes $HOME directory rights

When starting gemrb 0.8.0, my $HOME dir (/home/$USER) and $HOME/.gemrb (if exists) rights are changed.
On my system (debian sid), directory rights are drwxr-xr-x which signify that all users can read but can't modify. after starting gemrb, they are drwx------ . Then, only $USER can read.
Modify $HOME dir rights is a serious issue, it breaks other apps behavior.
This issue did not exist with 0.7.* versions.

thanks, you're right. I reverted ddb0e902 and next (8473b868): the issue disapeared.
