#229 BG2: Some scrolls disappear when being put in scroll cases

GemRB Main Engine
GamePlay (136)

Open the save file in gemrb and select Imoen, and the open the container and transfer the two scrolls to the container. They will disappear.

The save file is available here:

These two scrolls (in imoen inventory) have an expiration set (temporary
items, like goodberries). Such items are not displayed in shops in GemRB.
I would be curious where these items are to be found and how the original
    engine handles temporary items.

The scrolls in that particular save file were actually found right were the characters are in the save file (by turning the pages on the book in that room several times).
I noticed that this also happens to some weapons when placing them in the bag of holding! For example, my Flail of Ages disappeared (to my great despair) when placed in the bag of holding.
Just curious: By expiration, do you really mean that these items eventually cease to exist? :/ Strange in that case that it doesn't say in the item description

These items shouldn't vanish, but i guess they are created by a buggy effect. Thanks for telling the exact source of these items, i wouldn't have found out what's wrong without knowing how they came into play.

Ok, i found the buggy script action. Bad news is, your save is buggy, you might have some chance clearing the expiration field with dltcep, or just reload from a previous save.
