When TNO is killed he is supposed to be come back to life at specific spawn points. Currently he just dies and the other members of the party's portraits move up overwriting TNO's portrait.
This is a major bug. Code is there to handle the spawnpoints, it should be checked if the feature works at least some places (i saw him respawning at least once).
The TNO actor is being deleted because MC_REMOVE_CORPSE is set, and so CheckOnDeath is returning true. Some quick poking at the original engines shows that in PS:T and BG2 at least, MC_REMOVE_CORPSE should not be deleting party actors.
I fixed this and some related bugs recently.
