Installation:
    Quick Install:
1.Unzip the distribution (be sure to unzip the subdirectories) somewhere in your webserver's www directory tree.
2.Ensure that all the scripts have the appropriate owner (if PHP is running in safe mode, having some scripts with an owner different from the owner of other scripts will be a problem).
3.Launch index.php in your browser. This script checks php version and availability of required libraries. It also sets write access rights to a few files (index.php and _index.php) and folders (data and log). If no problem are detected , installer is automatically loaded.
4.Set all parameters (several tool are provided to check parameters validity) then click on "Install Gemibloo" button. If everything works fine, default map page is loaded in your browser...
