#5 "container" or "master" window

We need to consider a "container" or "master" window
that would allow all windows opened by the GEMCat
application to be treated as a group. A "master"
window would allow the entire application to be moved,
minimized, maximized, or brought to the top, which
would allow the user to more easily switch between
GEMCat and other open applications (most importantly
the browser window containing the resource being
cataloged). Also to consider: have GEMCat control the
placement of the dashboard and summary view windows
within the "master" window, using a "snap" or similar
feature.
