#1 path/filename in main dashboard title bar

When editing an existing record, GEMCat should show
the path and filename of the file that is being edited.
The information should appear in the main dashboard
title bar (as in GEMCat 3.22).

GEMCat version: 12-02-02 or 11-26-02 ?
Tester’s platform: Windows XP Professional, v5.1
