#103 site profile is not saved or not loaded

4/14/03 build:

GEMCat appears to be either not saving the user’s data
when the user clicks “set site profile,” or not loading site
profile data when the user creates a new record.

For example:

create a record (use site profile = no, to work around
bug 745053)
enter metadata values
click “set site profile”
enter a few more fields
save the metadata record
click file--new
select “use site profile” = yes
the old record remains in the summary view and it
appears that the site profile is not loaded.
