    May well be. But I have no more privileges than you have. The only option I see is to cut it into pieces and upload those.
    How did you even get it into a single download file?

    There is a PDF download link on the webpage using the previously shared link above in the discussion.
    I submitted a support ticket at SourceForge meanwhile I will tried renaming the file to see if perhaps this is the issue and it was not I will need to wait for supports response.
    Researching the maximum file upload size I found this Could you be at the limit at your GeigerLog project site? : https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/documentation/Disk%20Quotas/

    Well here is the answer from support attachments need to be 32MB or less.
