[Geekos-devel] directory reorganization

I moved some source files out of the "kern" directory and into
the "drivers" and "fs" directories.  Note that the "fs" directory is
new, so you will need to do a "cvs update -d" to get it.

This is regarding the "oo-geekos" version.
