If you are a bit adventuresome, we have the static pages plugin available at the plugins website, http://sourceforge.net/projects/geeklogplugins. This lets you create semi-static (they are stored in the DB) pages that are still also searchable. You create the page via the admin interface and then after saving you can get the URL for the page you created from the static page listing and past it into an anchor tag where ever you'd like!
Keep in mind this requires the lastest version of geeklog-1.3 from CVS AND that geeklog 1.3 is NOT recommended for production sites yet.
