#3 External keyboard problem
The hotkeys do not work with the external non-Apple keyboard.
I am able to set the hotkeys and use them exactly _one_ time with the
external keyboard. After a single use, the key combination just does
not work anymore. The same hotkey still works with the internal
keyboard.
