Searchbar option

Would it be possible to either A.) make the searchbar an option through the advance settings or B.) have a version without the searchbar ? I like the searchbar as it does come in handy sometimes, but it would be nice to have the option to either download a version without it, or have the option to disable it if you want.

I second this request!  In fact, its why I came here.  I don't use it, won't use it, and would like to be able to turn it off to save a little space on the menu.  Its not a bad feature!  Just something I have no use for.

Not now.  Possibly a future option when plugin architecture is introduced to the portableapps.com platform, or I lose patience and build it into geek.menu.
