There are 2 ways to handle this- one is to create a file called portableapps_wallpaper.bmp in your pictures folder (if you've changed the location using the locale file, use the modified location).
The other is to create a "wallpaper" folder in the pictures folder (same as above applies) and fill that folder with jpgs- geek.menu will chose one at random each time it is executed.
