At work I have to edit a list in Excel each week. I remove obsolete items and add new ones. I sign the list with my initials - which is a certain glyph from a certain font. When I am on holiday, my colleagues edit the list, but my initials are still there, because I always forget to remove it.
But now I have found an elegant solution: I removed that special font to geekmenu\data\PortableFonts. As long as I remember to remove my memory stick (which I often do), my colleagues cannot sign the list with my initials!
