#7 finish implementing partial visibility for food/agents

Partial visibility requires an additional parameter specifying the
radius of the circle in which agents will be able to see either other
agents or food. If the show-other-subjects configuration parameter is
set to 'partial', an additional int radius parameter is required or the
ExperimentConfiguration will throw multicolored exceptions
vehemently.
