#2 can't access editcongif.php

I installed it first as an "indexed" gedcom. Then read
your FAQ page and discovered that with large gedcoms
a MySQL db was better. So I changed my config and
now I get these messages:

It wont' let me access editconfig.php - it just displayes
the above messages. Do I have to disengage something
to start over? I've never used MySQL and probably don't
have it config'd correctly but don't have a clue...
