#8 Save button has no effect on add data source

(version 0.93 alpha 3)
When adding a data source (connection credentials to PhpGedView), I click on the save button and there is no effect - the record isn't saved and the dialog is not dismissed. I suspect there is a connection issue (I'm behind a proxy server, although my java settings have the proxy information) but if there is a some kind of connect error I should get a clearer indication.
