#13 Highlight when new person starts

I like the Gedcom Lexer plugin for Notepad++
But, it would be -in my eyes- be much better yet if the line that starts a new person would be better highlighted. So one can easily spot where a new person starts; So lines like
0 @I130@ INDI
could be displayed with e.g. a yellow background
