Taunt usage and effects in mecha combat

Taunt seems to be a malfunctioning somewhat in scale 2 combat:
1. When activated, it moves the cursor to 0,0 and requires that the player manually move the cursor to a target.
2. The range of the Taunt maneuver seems low. It seems like it is limited to the same number of squares as talking would be in scale 0.
3. Taunting is a zero time activity, meaning that a player can taunt an opponent until they run surrender (or the PC runs out of MP) at no risk.
