#646 Disable modal "Marker positions may be unreliable" message

Quite often i receive "Marker positions may be unreliable and will not be loaded. ... Ok. Ignore" message.

I am not even aware that there are any markers. I don't care whether they are loaded at the wrong places or not loaded at all. I don't use them, so why do i get to see those warnings?

Could this message be made more user friendly and disappear? I wish that this feature was implemented in somewhat more advanced way that good old dumb modal message box.

Allow user to choose a default action - either in the settings or add a check box "remember my choice" to the dialog box. And from that point on, if the user has chosen to load markers at possibly wrong places by default, display message in the status bar, flashing in a rainbow of colors for 15 seconds.

This message comes from the "numbered bookmarks" plugin from the Geany-Plugins project, this tracker is for the base Geany product.

If you are not using bookmarks, just disable that plugin in the plugin manager to stop the messages.

If you wish to propose such a change to the plugin, please submit to the geany-plugins project tracker at https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?atid=1056535&group_id=222729&func=browse
