#26 Untitled page on load should be removed if ignored.

On load, Geany opens with an 'untitled' page/tab. I
think that if the user ignores this and decides to open
an existing file that they're working on, it should
open in this tab and not a new one, leaving the old
untitled one in place. I would guess you could either
open the file into the existing untitled tab, or remove
the tab.

You can see this function implemented in the 'bluefish'
editor, if you're usure of what I mean.
