I used to be able to print fine in v0.20, but having just upgraded to v1.23.1 I cannot print anymore. When I print, I get a dialogue saying "Preparing ####" where #### is a number rapidly increasing. While this is happening, I noticed two things:

1. Process CPU usage stays constant at 25%.
2. The text in the right corner of the statusbar flashes "Paginating" repeatedly.

The issue I'm having has been previously documented here:
http://geany-users.466218.n3.nabble.com/Geany-Users-Printing-for-all-printers-stopped-after-installing-drivers-for-Canon-printer-td4025625.html

My setup:
- OS: Windows 7 Pro
- I'm printing to a Canon iR3035/iR3045 PCL5e on a corporate network.
- Geany default preferences except bottom margin set to .25" and "Print page numbers" unchecked.

I am having the same issue on Windows XP SP3 with version 1.23.0.

Printing code changed a lot in version 1.23, could you confirm it works with 1.22?

@Colomban, if you want to review this PR when you get a chance:
    https://github.com/geany/geany/pull/164

Maybe it's OK as is or will hint you to the real problem.
